To achieve optimum efficiency, your solar collector should be installed facing due north. However, if you only have the option of installing your solar collector facing east or west, due to the angle of your house, we can provide a tilt frame. This frame will tilt your tubes to an angle of 35-40°, which will result in more sunlight on the tubes – meaning more energy for you!
The complete system is lightweight for easy installation and the stainless steel frame is resilient to corrosion. We manufacture solar tilt frames to suit our range of 20 and 30 tube arrays. We can advise you on the best frame and angle for you to maximise the benefits of your solar collector. This is especially important if you live in an area that gets a lot of snow.
